Mmoveup.store provides basic free shipping on all orders, and no minimum purchase is necessary. It typically takes 3-5 business days for your order to be delivered to your desired location. Please note that the processing time for your order is 1-2 business days.
Orders placed before 5 PM on business days (Monday – Friday) will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
We take meticulous care in packaging and handling your orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, which may take 1-2 business days.
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping due to events such as weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package. Please allow a few days for the tracking information to be updated in the system.

Mmoveup.store ships all products in unopened boxes that come direct from our manufacturer so customers will receive their chairs in pristine condition. If you should receive a product that has been damaged while in transit please reach out to us at Contact Us page or drop us an email at support@mmoveup.store and we will certainly be able to address your concerns.
To cancel an order, contact our customer support team immediately at support@mmoveup.store. If the order has not been processed, we will cancel it and issue a refund. If the order has already been processed, we may not be able to cancel it, but we can guide you through the return process.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Before finalizing your order, double-check the shipping address to ensure accuracy. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If you need to make changes to the shipping address after placing an order, contact our customer support team at support@mmoveup.store as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undelivered address, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
